Develop and implement regional marketing strategies and annual plans focused on driving distributor sales and recruitment in line with business objectives.

Identify market opportunities and challenges within Asian countries to tailor marketing approaches for maximum impact.

Lead the creation and deployment of sales-generating marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches designed to excite and support our direct selling force.

Ensure all marketing activities are sales-driven, measurable, and directly contribute to revenue targets.

Develop comprehensive marketing toolkits, including digital assets, presentation materials, product information, and training resources, to empower distributors in their selling efforts.

Collaborate closely with the sales and training teams to ensure marketing materials are aligned with sales processes and distributor needs.

Gather feedback from distributors on marketing effectiveness and adapt strategies accordingly.

Oversee, mentor, and guide marketing teams in various Asian countries, providing strategic direction and operational support.

Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the regional marketing function.

Ensure consistent brand guidelines and messaging are adhered to across all APAC markets, while allowing for local adaptation where necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in equivalent field.

• Minimum 10 years of sales & marketing management experience in a multinational, direct selling or network marketing organization.

• Strong business acumen in the direct selling and network marketing industry.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong command of English language .

• Strong leadership with people management skills.

• Strong planning and organizing skills.

• Highly strategic with critical thinking and analytical skills.

• Self-motivated, goal driven, and highly committed.
