Regional Operations Coordinator

Responisbilities:

• Responsible for the flow of all shipments in and out of the entire gateway.
• Responsible for supervising and improving the work efficiency of all employees in the gateway.
• Confirm that the delivery time of the gateway is in accordance with the regulations and find ways to improve the efficiency of employees during the peak period.
• Ensure the safety issues at gateway.
• Summarize the suggestions and difficulties put forward by the team and propose corresponding solutions.
• Liaise with headquarter, handling regional operation quality rewards and punishment notifications and appeals, early warning of abnormal data of problem items; implementation and supervision of operation quality data analysis and improvement.
• Responsible for the training and communication of relevant documents related to the operation of the headquarters, and implement the learning and assistance work in the transfer center.
• Deal with and report the irregular operation of the gateway center and the operation problems and abnormalities encountered in daily work

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in any field or equivalent.
• At least 2 years working experience in Warehousing & Gateway Management or related field.
• Good knowledge in MS Office Word and Excel.
• Able to communicate and write in:  Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin;
• Candidate with excellent leadership skills.
• Willing to travel to  Puchong/Subang Area
