Regional Operations Manager - Southern

• Clinic Operations & Staff Management
  
• Oversee daily clinic operations, manpower planning, staff performance, training, scheduling, attendance, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  
• Business Performance & Financial Management
  
• Monitor clinic revenue, patient volume, profitability, budgets, KPIs, cost control, and financial performance, while preparing reports and performance analyses for management.
  
• Customer Service & Complaint Resolution
  
• Ensure high standards of patient care and service delivery, investigate complaints and incidents, implement corrective actions, and maintain strong relationships with patients, doctors, and corporate clients.
  
• Clinic Audit, Compliance & Resource Management
  
• Conduct regular clinic visits and audits covering billing, cash handling, inventory control, asset maintenance, documentation, SOP compliance, and operational risk management.
  
• Business Development & Stakeholder Engagement
  
• Support marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, and business growth activities while collaborating closely with doctors, clinic teams, clients, and internal departments to achieve organizational objectives.
  

Requirements

• 5 years operational experience in the related pharma / medical industry
  
• Fluent in English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin
  
• Located in JB or willing to relocate to JB
  
• Own transport for site visiting or clinic visitation
  
• Possess leadership, good communication and decision making experience
