Regional Recruiter / Recruitment Researcher - Innovative Company

Key Responsibilities

• To undertake executive research and candidate management activities for Asia-Pacific markets, including Singapore, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Mumbai, Sydney etc., covering asset management, financial services and technologies space.
• Conduct research to understand the hiring background and source for suitable candidates for each requirements.
• Approach suitable candidates and screened against agreed competencies and criteria for each project.
• Work closely with regional Consultants with effective and timely assignment delivery.
• Maintain database and other ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree in any field
• At least 1+ year of working / intern experience with business communication skills
• Team-player with positive learning attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Result-driven, with strong desire to excel
• Fresh grads who are energetic and highly motivated are welcome
