Realize net sales, volume, and profitability of assigned distributor accounts as per targets.
Execute Asia-Pacific distribution management strategy as set by Sales and Distribution manager Encaps & Dairy Proteins Asia-Pacific to deliver short term success and drive long term growth opportunities.
Responsible to keep CRM application and Sales Excellence targets up to date: e.g. customer/prospect contact, visit report, opportunity, competition and relevant information.
Prepare monthly business review with your customer/distributor, including market insight, competition, and segment trend.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including QA, R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance, to delivery seamless service and solutions.
Address any concerns or conflicts raised by customer promptly and striving to reach win-win resolutions.

Job Requirements:

At least 6 years in commercial roles and/or distributor management, relevant experience in food & beverage ingredient business is preferred.
Bachelor Degree in Food Science is preferred.
Fluent in English (verbally & written).
Data driven mindset, analytical, digital savvy and CRM (Salesforce preferred).
Proven relevant experience with international Industry business and customers and understanding of Encaps Markets, Technology and (application) portfolio is important.
Willingness to travel from time to time.
