Regional Sales Manager (Southern)

Responsibilities:

• Take overall responsibility for maintainingdaily correspondence between dealerships and BYDMalaysia.
• Oversee and ensure operationalefficiency and effectiveness of dealerships, while informing andconsulting them about BYD Malaysia's sales quality processes anddealer standards.
• Coach and encourage dealersto improve business processes, customer satisfaction, volume, andprofitability while maintaining the highest standards of overallsales process quality.
• Implement and follow upon sales processes to improve dealers' operationalefficiency.
• Define and achieve targets forprofitability, volume, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and establish an overall business plan withbudgets, market and activity plans, etc.
• Ensure dealers have the necessary personnel, financialresources, and local support to achieve their targets.
• Initiate and plan for ground/online activities toincrease sales.
• Analyse sales development,profitability, and results per dealer, and implement action planswhen required.
• Conduct regular and surprisechecks on outlet operations.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in the automotiveindustry.
• Proven track record in sales,dealership management, or work experience in dealershipbusiness.
• Strong knowledge of dealer sales andbusiness processes.
• Good negotiationskills.
• Strong problem-solvingskills.
• Fluent in English, proficiency inother languages is a plus.
• Well-developedorganization and people management skills.
• Self-starter with excellent communication skills and theability to take initiative.
• Flexible andwilling to travel extensively, sometimes outside of regular workinghours.
