Summary of the position:
As part of our global growth strategy, the position will be
the key point of contact for developing and implementing new features and
processes in Sales Excellence within Region East. Based in the RHQ in Kuala
Lumpur, this role will contribute to initiatives as a regional representative
and ensures their successful implementation. With a strong sales background and
entrepreneurial mindset, the role will also lead certain global initiatives and
regional projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Contribute
to Sales Excellence initiatives as a region representative
• Develop
and implement new (digital) tools, features and processes to drive growth in
the region through Sales Excellence
• Drive
sales effectiveness and collaboration among local sales teams to ensure
coordinated business development
• Ensure
harmonized sales processes in the region to increase customer satisfaction
• Lead
region specific initiatives and projects
• Train
local team in processes and tools and ensure high data quality standards are
met
• Collect
feedback from local organizations for further improvements
• Be
the go -between (link/liaison) sales excellence team and regions
• Strong
sales background with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Experience
in project work, ideally in the maintenance / optimization of e -business sales
processes (B2B).
• A
background in consultative (Pre -) Sales or account management is a plus
• Customer
oriented, good communication skills
• Independent,
analytical and solution -oriented working style
• Structured,
self -reliant, and open to new technologies and agile methodologies.
• Experienced
in Agile Working environments
• Willingness
to travel in the region and international (10%)
