Regulatory Analyst

The Regulatory Analyst position at our brokerage firm involves ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards specific to brokerage operations. This role involves preparing regulatory filings in a timely manner. Strong analytical, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities are essential for success in this role.

·       Assist team with daily PAB and Customer Reserve 15c3-3 computations.

·       Assist team with daily net capital calculation and monthly FOCUS

·       Assist team with preparation of multiple regulatory requirements, such as SSOI, SLS, stress, etc.

·       Performs other related duties as assigned.

·       Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or similar

·       Excellent excel skills

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·       Strong attention to detail

·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team

·       Ability to prioritize in a time sensitive and multi-tasked environment

·       Understanding financial accounting and reporting

·       CCFTC daily segregation computation skill is a plus
