Audit Associate

We are hiring internally at FastLane. 

This is a hybrid role based in Malaysia, supporting audit engagements for our Hong Kong SME clients. 

About the Role:

• Responsible for conducting audit fieldwork in accordance with Hong Kong Standards on Auditing (HKSAs) and apply Hong Kong Financial Reporting Standards (HKFRS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). 
• Plan and execute audit procedures, preparing audit documentation and working papers.
• Identify key audit findings, and support reporting processes. 
• Work closely with our Hong Kong audit teams to ensure high-quality and timely delivery while liaising with clients on audit-related matters.

What We are Looking For:

• 1-3 years of external audit experience, preferably in a professional services firm
• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Familiarity with HKFRS, IFRS, and HKSAs
• A professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, HKICPA) is a plus
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-border team
