Kasagi Labo is acquiring anime IPs and building an AI-powered social platform that connects fans and creators more effectively than traditional methods, automating and enhancing interactions like fan engagement and content creation, and proving so innovative that it’s fostering a global community and redefining anime fandom.

We’ve raised one of the largest seed rounds in SEA totalling US$20M to build out our vision. The team is small because we can’t hire great people as fast as the company is growing.

THE ROLE

We’re building a dedicated full-time team of Content House Creators to fuel a new era of anime-driven content on TikTok and Instagram. This isn’t just about hopping on trends, it’s about leading them. You’ll be a key player in our social media content house to grow reach, spark engagement, and help define the voice of Anime Oshi in the Gen Z space.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

● Conceptualize and produce daily anime-inspired content across platforms.

● Combine low-effort, relatable content with high-value, high-production pieces.

● Stay on top of trends and adapt them into platform-specific content.

● Collaborate closely with the team to plan, create, and analyze content.

● Contribute to monthly strategy reviews and refine content directions.

QUALIFICATIONS

● Age requirement: 25 and below.

● Obsessed with anime and extremely online (TikTok, IG, Twitter culture).

● Experienced in creating and editing video content.

● Able to maintain a high output consistently with creativity and quality.

● A team player who thrives in fast-paced, experimental environments.

● Bonus: Past content virality or content strategy experience.

COMPENSATION

Open to negotiation based on what you bring to the table. We’re willing to pay above market for exceptional talent!
