Role Overview
We’re looking for an Operations Support team member who will help ensure the smooth execution of Pure Form’s offline retail operations.
Reporting to the Head of Growth, this role supports the operational backbone of our retail channels — ensuring orders are processed accurately, retail performance is tracked consistently, and operational documentation remains organized and up to date.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams supporting our offline channels, helping ensure that retail operations run efficiently and that key data and reports remain reliable for decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
1. Order Processing Support
Ensure accurate and timely handling of retail purchase orders.
- Download and organize Purchase Orders (POs) from retail partners
- Cascade order details to the relevant cross-functional teams supporting offline channels
- Maintain accurate documentation and tracking of order records
2. Offline Channel Performance Tracking
Support visibility into retail channel performance.
- Maintain and update offline sales performance trackers
- Consolidate retail performance data across channels
- Assist in preparing reports used for monitoring channel performance and identifying trends
3. Roving Merchandisers Report Validation
Ensure accuracy of field activity reporting.
- Validate weekly roving merchandisers reports submitted by the manpower agency
- Review reports for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with internal records
- Coordinate with the retail team when discrepancies or clarifications are required
4. Retail Operations Administration
Maintain operational documentation and systems that support retail execution.
- Maintain and regularly update the retail channel database and price lists
- Ensure shared drives and operational documentation remain organized and current
- Assist in scheduling Business Reviews (BRs) with retail partners
- Support the drafting and maintenance of retail playbooks and SOP documentation
5. Ad Hoc Retail Operations Support
Provide ad hoc operational support to the Retail Channel Manager to ensure retail initiatives and partner requirements are executed smoothly.
- Assist with retailer submission requirements such as listing forms, documentation, and supporting materials as needed
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather information required for retail partner requests or operational deliverables
- Support the execution of retail initiatives, product launches, or partner-related operational requirements on an as-needed basis
- Follow up on action items arising from retail partner discussions, internal meetings, or operational requests
Who You Are
You bring strong organizational discipline and attention to detail to operational workflows that support retail channel performance.
- Strong Excel proficiency and comfort working with spreadsheets and structured data
- Detail-oriented and highly organized in handling multiple operational tasks
- Comfortable working with numbers, reports, and data validation
- Strong coordination skills across cross-functional teams
- Able to maintain documentation and operational records with accuracy
- Clear written communication skills for SOPs and internal documentation

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1–2 years of experience in retail operations, FMCG, or similar environments is an advantage
- Strong Excel proficiency and confidence working with spreadsheets, data tracking, and reports
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and administrative skills
- Comfortable handling data validation, reporting, and operational documentation
- Experience or exposure to order processing, retail operations, or offline channel support is a plus
- Able to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Remote-work ready with a stable internet connection and a suitable work setup
