Primary Responsibilities:

• Act as an intermediary between investment funds and potential 

  investors.

• Prepare marketing materials and formulate targeting strategies.

• Organize roadshows and negotiate on behalf of the fund.

• Enhance the credibility of fund managers by leveraging established networks.
  

Experience & Skills Qualifications:

• Experience in investment banking or capital markets.

• Strong networking abilities with institutional investors.

• Understanding of securities regulations.

• Ability to prepare comprehensive marketing materials.
