If you are a technical problem-solver who thrives on-site and enjoys driving impactful outcomes for global clients, we want to hear from you.

- Contract & Document Control: Oversee project documentation, tendering processes, and the management of developers, contractors, and consultants.
- Quality Assurance: Manage defect and punch list processes, ensuring all work meets project requirements and Issued for Construction (IFC) standards.
Site Coordination & Logistics
- Cross-Functional Liaison: Act as the primary operational link between diverse site workstreams (including IT, AV, Security, and Safety) to ensure seamless project integration.
- Operational Readiness: Physically validate that all site safety and stakeholder requirements are met prior to client move-in.
- Site Leadership: Lead site-level coordination meetings, ensuring all action items are closed out through meticulous micro-planning.
Schedule & Risk Management
- Early Warning Systems: Monitor trade-level progress to identify and mitigate potential risks before they impact the critical path.
- Milestone Execution: Manage the schedule for move-in activities during the final, critical phases of project delivery.
- Resource Management: Ensure accurate forecasting of work and effective allocation of resources to balance workload with site capacity.
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience: 5+ years of construction experience, ideally with a background in site management or working directly with builders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) or Construction Management is preferred.
- Sector Knowledge: Proven project management experience in Data Centre projects, greenfield construction, or industrial/warehouse fit-outs.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Project and Microsoft Office Suite/Google Suite.
- Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage across all levels of an organization.
Behaviours and Attributes
- Collaborative, proactive, and results-driven.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
