RTR Senior Analyst

Our client is seeking an experienced finance professional to support month-end closing, reconciliations, and internal reporting activities within a growing regional finance function. The role sits in a structured operations environment and offers exposure to cross-border processes, continuous improvement, and system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily and month-end accounting tasks, including general ledger entries, reconciliations, and reporting deliverables
  

• Ensure accuracy across financial records, fixed assets, intercompany balances, and control accounts
  

• Monitor shared mailboxes and respond to requests within agreed timelines
  

• Support clean audits and accurate financial closing across multiple markets
  

• Identify areas for standardization and automation within core processes
  

• Guide junior team members and act as a knowledge resource for accounting tasks
  

• Support system and process improvements in collaboration with finance leadership
  

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of accounting experience, ideally within a structured or regional setup
  

• Proficient in GL, balance sheet reconciliation, fixed asset accounting, and financial close
  

• Familiarity with large ERP systems (e.g. SAP) is an advantage
  

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and communication skills
  

• Able to work independently while supporting team-wide deliverables
