What would you be doing:

1. Affiliate Recruitment and Onboarding:

• Perform new customer acquisition through research, referrals, networking, cold calling, data feeds, and emails.

2. Affiliate Relationship Management:

• Maintain open communication with all affiliates on day-to-day issues.
• Communicate with new and existing affiliates regarding upcoming promotions and optimization opportunities.

3. Reporting and Strategy Development:

• Develop business strategies to improve affiliate programs.
• Work with the management team to execute and close new affiliate deals to increase revenue targets.

4. Stay Current with Industry Trends & Event Coordinator:

• Stay current with trends in affiliate marketing and identify new opportunities.
• Organize and coordinate trade shows and other promotional activities for product launches and specials.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing.
• Proven experience in building and managing affiliate programs with existing affiliate networks, and a track record of revenue generation through affiliate networks.
• Experience attending affiliate conferences and delivering presentations to diverse audiences.
• Proficient in English, Malay, and Mandarin, with strong organizational, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Capable of multitasking, working under pressure, and thriving both independently and within a team setting.
