Voice Recording Project (Bahasa Malaysia - English)

We’re recruiting Malaysians who speak Bahasa Malaysia and English to contribute to a fast-moving project related to training AI solutions for the financial industry. This is a short-term assignment, and we’re looking for people who can jump in quickly to record short snippets of audio.

This project aims to capture authentic banking conversations to train AI to understand how Malaysians speak.

It ensures that AI can understand real local voices, from the young to the elderly, and from every corner of the country. Personal Data Safety and Confidentiality

Your conversations will be recorded, anonymized, and used exclusively to train AI models that serve the financial industry. Conversation topics are product-focused, and any sensitive information will be redacted before being used for AI training purposes.

What will I be doing?

• Record short, clear audios (~10-30 seconds per recording) in Bahasa Malaysia or English (Malaysian accent).
• Follow the assigned call scripts, adapting them to your tone of voice and common colloquial terms.
• Topics include banking scenarios about financial products, such as credit cards, savings accounts, or online banking features.
• Review the automated transcription (speech-to-text) of the recording, making adjustments to the accuracy of the output where necessary.
• Upload the audio to the folder through the app provided in your registration.
• Maintain confidentiality and data privacy at all times.

What will I need for the project?

• Be a native speaker or fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Thoroughly read the guidelines for this project to follow the audio recording SOPs.
• Ability to handle audio recordings confidently.
• Any environment is suitable for the recordings, including those with or without background noise.
• A mobile device with a good-quality microphone is recommended for recording.
• Proactive communicate with the Product Manager to share questions, challenges, and solutions.
• Availability during core work hours (9:00 am - 6:00 pm). You may elect to submit audios outside of these hours.

Project Details:

• Project Duration: December 22nd, 2025, to December 29th, 2025.
• Call duration ranges from 10 to 30 seconds per audio recording.
• Fully remote role; communication will be carried out via Discord.
• Participation: Only serious applications will be entertained
