Community Growth Specialist (WhatsApp Communities SG & MY)

• Strategically grow the WhatsApp community by acquiring new members through partnerships, digital campaigns, and referral programs.
• Identify and collaborate with relevant parenting groups, influencers, and Key Opinion Consumers (KOCs) to drive organic growth.
• Optimize onboarding strategies to ensure new members are engaged from day one. Monitor community KPIs, such as member growth, retention, and engagement rates.
• Use data insights to refine acquisition and engagement strategies.
• Provide regular reports and recommendations for scaling the WhatsApp community effectively.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong communication and people skills — fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Familiar with WhatsApp usage for group/community management.
• Self-starter with a keen interest in digital marketing, community growth, or social engagement.
• Open for fresh graduates/freelance as well
• Bonus: Experience working with influencers, parenting communities, or content creation.
