In this role, you will work on architecting Data Protection, Analytics, Storage, Virtualization, Database, and Cloud solutions for our customers to support Cohesity's growth. This critical role will have close interactions with Cohesity Sales, Customers, Engineering, Support, Product Marketing, and Partners!

HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE:

  • Support the renewals sales team in achieving renewal and retention targets.

  • Engage with customers to understand their current environment, business challenges, and future requirements.

  • Conduct technical discussions, solution reviews, and product demonstrations during the renewal cycle.

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with account managers and sales teams.

  • Assist customers with product positioning, licensing, architecture discussions, and best practices.

  • Coordinate with support, professional services, and product teams to address customer concerns impacting renewals.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and data protection solutions.

  • Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to improve customer satisfaction and long-term retention.

  • Work closely with large enterprise customers in Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore and Greater China.



WE’D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING:

  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support decision making

  • Familiar with industry terms and competitive landscape

  • Dedicated to receiving trainings, updates and mentorship (SE Summit, Spark, SKO, Other)

  • Working toward Initial Industry certifications (Cloud, DB, or adjacent technologies)

  • Track record of rapid advancement based on learning and mentorship

  • Solid understanding of tools for daily work (communication, presentation, documentation)

  • Ability to learn quickly and share information with others.

  • Ability to partner in a larger sales team to execute initiatives

  • Demonstrated adaptability and coachability

  • Ability to create a persuasive presentation and present to groups

  • Public speaking ability

  • Focus on personal development (independent learning)

  • Ability to communicate (spoken and written) in multiple languages - English, Chinese, Korean and Japanese

In-Office Expectations

Cohesity employees who are within a reasonable commute (e.g. within a forty-five (45) minute average travel time) work out of our core offices 2-3 days a week of their choosing.
