JOB DESCRIPTION
- Support the Deputy Vice Chancellor (Academic) on his research activities
- Work with the principal investigator to produce and manage the project’s data
- Work with the principal investigator to analyze project data
- Contribute to the research program of HELP university through collaboration with other researchers within HELP.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of research applications and provide support in the research activities of existing projects, publications and research output
- Assist with the writing of reports and academic articles
- Other general administrative duties within as required
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Political Science, Social Science or related discipline
- Possess sufficient knowledge in the discipline and of research methods and techniques to work within established research programmes
- Evidence of research activity and published research is desirable
- Able to manage research and administrative activities and to balance competing pressures of research and administrative demands and deadlines
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
