- Refine and strengthen existing operational guidelines to ensure that the brand operates at an optimal efficiency (0 complaint)
- Attend regular training / briefing by Product Dept on any new products / services
- Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers (Hotels, Restaurants and others suppliers)
- Reservations on all confirm bookings are booked with Deadline and ensure prompt payment
- Effectively cooperate with Tour Guides, Product, Sales, Reservation, Customer Experience and Suppliers for seamless daily operations and overall service improvement.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to be flexible and implementing change when needed
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal across a variety of cultures to a diverse range of people (customers, suppliers, team members, leaders).
- To ensure all accurate costing are updated in system and constant communication with Sales on their costing and itinerary
- Identify opportunities to improve operational and service methods or Procedures
- To be able to advise client on suitable options for their tours/ Hotels
- To be able to independently out source for any other products / services request by sales /clients as per request.
- Coordinate, supervise, and implement every aspect of travel arrangement should any group or guest is in town.
- Relevant experiences in Reservations / operation in travel agency is a plus
- Have good organizational skill with an ability to work well under pressure
- To carry out any other job function given by Management from time to time
