Penerangan Pekerjaan - Reservations cum Admin Executive - Leading Industry Pay

We are eager to add an organized Reservations cum Admin Executive to join our elite team at STARSEA RESOURCES SDN. BHD. in Johor Bahru, Johor.

Reservation Support:

  1. Responsible for reservations and quotations, both for individual as well as group travel requests of all travel-related requirements.
  2. Coordination with Contracting, Operations and Finance departments for accommodations, meals, flights and payment booking related matters.
  3. Maintaining excellent business relationships with suppliers and customers.
  4. Handle all aspects of computerized Reservations, Ticketing functions and procedures.
  5. Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the management from time to time.

 

Admin Support:

  1. Able to do general accounting including invoicing, issuing receipts, and stock receivables.
  2. Basic clerk duty such as Handle Fillings and Office Administrations.
  3. Prepare monthly invoice, report & handle DO & Quotation.
  4. Oversee general office operations, including front desk, office supplies, equipment, accommodation and maintenance managements.
  5. Handle HR functions such as Attendance, Commission, payroll, EPF, Socso, etc.
  6. Monitoring and replenishing office supplies, such as stationery, equipment, and pantry items.

 

Requirements:

  1. Diploma/Degree in the hospitality/tourism/business administration related industry.
  2. Min 2 years experience in a travel/tourism/airline company, preferably DMC or Inbound tourism.
  3. Good command of English & Mandarin – both verbally and in writing – are essential.
  4. Knowledge of Malaysia and Singapore and its destinations is a must.
  5. Experience with Destination Management software and excellent command of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) is an advantage.
  6. Good telephone etiquette and customer relations skills.
