Resident Quantity Surveyor

Main JobScope:

Required to performquantity surveying duties necessary for the efficient operation ofthe office.

 Duties (KeyResponsibilities):

• Handles and runs projects under closemonitoring and supervision of Senior Assistant TechnicalDirector/Assistant Technical Director/Senior Team Leader[SATD/ATD/STL].
• Assists SATD/ATD/STL inday-to-day duties on all projectshandled.
• Attends all Project Co-ordination,Technical or Site Meeting of projects under theircare.
• Preparation of final accounts,measurement of variations, measurement of Bills of Quantities andestimates.
• Assist in anchoring the preparationof Bills of Quantities allocated by TechnicalDirector/SATD.

JobRequirements & Person Specification (Qualifications,Experience, Skills & Behaviours):

•  Degree in Quantity Surveying orequivalent.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa.Ability to speak and write in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experienceexcept candidate with exceptionalqualities
