Resorts Planning Manager

Job description:

• Support the Executive Vice President’s office in Senior Management decision-making and execution process.
• Identify, develop and execute new resort-wide projects.
• Provide advisory or solution to assist in expediting project progress where required.
• Form and participate in committees to oversee, guide or implement projects, while escalating project concerns, issues or matters for approval to Senior Management.
• Embark on special assignments which involve research, analysis and feasibility studies.

Job requirements:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline or its equivalent
• A least 7 years of experience in a fast-paced environment (e.g. Strategic Management, Operations Management, Management Consulting, Business Analytics, FMCG), where the incumbent is exposed to providing advisory services and facilitation to Management positions.
• Interpersonally-savvy, comfortable dealing with ambiguity, adept in problem-solving and flexible in adapting to constant change.
• Experience in Project Management would be advantageous
• A team player with prior experience in leading a small team is preferred
• Willing to base at Resorts World Genting, Pahang
