Team Leadership - Recruit, train, and supervise the outlet staffs including servers, hosts, and bartenders.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to maintain a motivated and efficient team.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, incremental self-improvement and excellent customer service.
Operational Management- Conduct daily briefing to discuss operational updates, identify opportunities for improvement, address any deficiencies, and reinforce upselling techniques.
- Ensure that the outlet is properly set up and organized before service hours.
- Monitor the overall flow of operations, addressing any challenges or issues that arise during service.
- Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels.
- Monitor restaurant staff attendance daily (eg, daily presence, tardiness, absences) and address issues promptly.
Customer Service - Uphold the restaurant's service standards and ensure that customers receive exceptional service.
- Address customers’ concerns, complaints, or special requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Interact with customers to gather feedback, enhance their dining experience, and build lasting relationships.
Health and Safety Compliance - Ensure that the outlet follows all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Train staff on proper food handling procedures and safety protocols.
Staff Development - Offer constructive feedback during mentorship sessions, focusing on both strengths and areas for improvement.
- Plan and execute training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the outlet staff.
- Support staff career growth and succession planning within the organization.
Reporting and Analysis- Execute a monthly audit on all aspects of appointed outlet's operational processes.
- Submit daily reports to the upper management, outlining any incidents or noteworthy events.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, expenses, and other relevant metrics.
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with management to develop action plans based on performance insights.
Financial Management- Monitor and control operating expenses to ensure the outlet's profitability.
- Implement strategies to increase sales, upsell menu items, and meet revenue targets.
- Assist in developing pricing strategies and promotions to attract more customers.
- Responsible for monitoring sales and achieving the monthly sales target as projected.
Sales and Upselling- Encourage upselling and suggestive selling techniques among staff to maximize revenue generation.
- Monitor sales trends and collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for improving sales performance.
