Restaurant Manager - Hiring Now

Job Description:

• Responsible for driving the team to meet sales targets of the assigned outlets
• Responsible for maximizing sales and profitability, controlling wastage and managing inventory.
• Provide outlet team with a supportive environment and welfare
• Maintain and increase standards of outlets
• Responsible for recruiting outlet staff, supervisors, kitchen crew and outlet supervisors
• Monitor outlet, team performance and individual KPI
• Working together with HR in preparing and conducting internal staff training and refreshing course
• Analyze daily, weekly and monthly sales and product performance
• Ensure daily sales are properly managed and banked in
• Handle customer compliments and complaints, and satisfaction
• Collect site and market research
• Provide feedback on competitors’ products, pricing and performance
• Work with Management to develop and enforce strict company SOPs
• Audit outlets cleanliness, staff grooming and food quality and hygiene
• To do monthly hostel inspections.
• Executing management plans and penetrating other business channels
• Responsible for managing daily food deliveries (especially bulk orders) with 3rd party food delivery companies – Foodpanda and Grabfood.
• Ensure monthly stock take is conducted accurately and submitted to the department on a timely basis
• Execute in-store marketing and provide upcoming mall events and activities to the marketing team from time to time
• Responsible for ad hoc projects when required
• Order and manage inventory from suppliers

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 to 3 years of relevant F&B managerial experience.
• Experience with setting up and managing newly opened restaurants preferred.
• Team player with good leadership and communication skills.
• 6 working days per week.
• Able to work in fast paced environment.

• 执行店内营销并不时向市场团队提供即将举行的购物中心活动和活动
• 负责临时项目时的工作
• 从供应商处订购和管理库存

职位要求：

• 至少2至3年相关餐饮管理经验。
• 有建立和管理新开餐厅经验者优先。
• 具有良好的领导力和沟通能力的团队合作者。
• 每周工作6天。
