Job Description

We are looking for skilled and customer-focused Restaurant Servers to join our team. As a Restaurant Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests, taking and delivering orders, and ensuring a positive dining experience. You should have a keen eye for detail, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

You will play an important role as per below:

• Manage the day-to-day operations, ensuring every customer has a delightful experience.

• Lead a team of dedicated individuals, providing guidance and support along the way.

• Take care of budget management, cost control, and resource allocation efficiently.

• Tackle tasks assigned by the management team with diligence and a smile.

• Ensure projects run smoothly, meeting timelines and budgets thanks to your excellent coordination skills.

• Handle project-related tasks, like preparing quotes and approval requests, showcasing your knack for project management.

• Be the driving force behind various restaurant improvement projects as our dedicated Project Manager.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, MANDARIN, English. Prefer Mandarin speaking candidates (SPEAK, READ and WRITE in MANDARIN) to liaise with China & customer.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in café/restaurant management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong financial acumen for budget management.
• Positive attitude and a strong dedication to customer satisfaction
