As our Butcher Chef, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests enjoy the finest cuts of meat, prepared with expert care and attention to detail.

  • Meat Cutting Expertise: Perform basic meat cutting functions including trimming, deboning, portioning, and slicing to precise specifications.
  • Inventory Control: Demonstrate effective inventory control and stock checking upon arrival to ensure freshness and availability of products.
  • Record Maintenance: Maintain daily production and temperature records to ensure food safety and quality standards are met.
  • Equipment Management: Ensure all equipment is clean and in good working condition, adhering to maintenance schedules.
  • Storage Management: Assist in the arrangement of goods according to their required storage conditions and temperatures.
  • Safety and Hygiene: Apply food production standards and SOPs related to safety and hygiene policies and procedures.
  • Customer Service: Weigh, label, and price a variety of cuts of meat for on-demand selections, providing efficient and satisfying service to customers.
  • Meat Knowledge: Preferably have experience as a butcher or be educated in meat preparation, with knowledge of different meat varieties.
  • Customer Interaction: Attend to customer queries and needs promptly in a friendly, courteous, and efficient manner to achieve customer satisfaction.
