Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize overall outlet management to ensure high operational standards are constantly maintain.
- Measure customers' satisfaction level and execute plans to improve their satisfaction and increase their loyalty.
- Supervise the smooth operations of the outlet to ensure that food and service quality are provided promptly, accurately, courteously, and professionally.
- Monitor restaurant budgets and analyse sales trends to optimize profitability.
- Manage staffs to maintain positive company morale and cultivate an efficient operation team.
- Responsible on the growth of team members through continuous training and development initiatives.
- Ensure working areas and food storage areas are comply with health and safety regulations.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management / Culinary Art / or others related fields.
- At least 2 years experience in managerial role in food and beverage industry.
- Proficient in analytical thinking and problem-solving.
- Possess leadership skills and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in language Mandarin, English, Malay.
