1. Provide leadership and manage restaurant in achieving company's goal, sales target, manpower planning, utilities, inventory control, costing and others matters related to restaurant daily operations.
2. Manage restaurant team to provide customers with the highest quality products and excellent services.
3. Management of restaurant POS system, float money, petty cash, sales collections, inventory control & adhere to restaurant security policies.
4. Monitor and manage costing to ensure profitability
5. Participate in all local restaurant marketing, training and cleaning activities.
6. Ensure safety, sanitation and hygiene standards are all met.
7. Coaching, Development and Training management for local and foreign workers in Mandarin & English languages.
8. Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.
