Restaurant Supervisor (Malaysians Only) - Start Immediately

Michelangelo's Pasta Fresca is searching for enthusiastic and driven Malaysian Restaurant Supervisors to join our growing team. 

In this leadership role, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our front-of-house operation, ensuring our guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Motivate and lead a team of restaurant staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations, including seating arrangements, order fulfillment, and guest service.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the restaurant.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Oversee inventory management and restocking of supplies.
• Assist with staff training and development.
• Maintain accurate records of sales and cash flow.
• Uphold all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Must be a Malaysian citizen or permanent resident.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment (preferred).
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task effectively and prioritize tasks in a busy environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to find solutions under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) (preferred).
• A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
