· Maintain positive company morale and cultivate an efficient operation team
· Overall responsible for smooth operations
· Ensures understanding of restaurant operating standards and service quality
· Responding pro-actively to prevent and resolve customer service situations
· Leads and provides guidance to all staff in daily operation
· Plan, review and execute inventory management, control and to make purchases and stocks based on sales volume
· Ensuring all operational and personnel paperwork is accurate, complete and submitted on time
· Ensure transactions tally against sales record and all related procedures are adhered to
· Ensure all staff carries out and understand ongoing marketing / promotions campaign
· Communicating effectively with team members
· Maintaining and ensure outlet’s safety, sanitation and hygiene standards are met
· Handle all matters in relation to outlet workers, such as disciplinary issues, worker's attendance, work scheduling, manpower planning, work delegation
· Any other duties as and when assigned by immediate superior and / or management
Requirement:
· Candidate must possess at least Higher SPM/STPM/Pre-U, Diploma/Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate in Food Beverage , Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel , or equivalent.
· At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in FB or related field is required for this position.
· Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
· Required Language(s): English and Bahasa Melayu
· Preferably specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
· Willing to work on weekends, public holidays and shift duty.
