Job Overview:

We are looking for a Retail Associate to join us as we strive to deliver world-class service to our customers. As a sales professional, knowledge of the sales process is crucial - prospecting, qualifying, selling, overcoming objections, closing the deal and follow up. We want somebody who matches our spirit and ambitions, and someone who will challenge us to constantly push our boundaries.

Responsibilities:

• Providing service, product knowledge and expertise to customers.


• Selling musical instruments and products.


• Participating in sales & marketing events, roadshows, etc. as and when required.


• Accomplishing retail showroom's daily tasks.

Requirements:

• Must be able to play an instrument (guitar or bass preferably). An in-depth knowledge of various musical instruments will be an advantage.


• Strong presentation skills, must be self-motivated and a good team player.


• Excellent customer service and sales oriented.


• Proficient in English and Bahasa Melayu.


• Computer literate and knowledge in basic office software.


• Physically fit.


• Able to start working immediately.


• Able to work on weekends.
