Job Overview:

As the Retail Brand Head, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of our retail branch operations. You will oversee a team of professionals and work to ensure the store's success through effective sales strategies, product selection, and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales and profitability goals. Analyze market trends, identify opportunities for growth, and adapt strategies accordingly. 

Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of sales staff, marketing professionals, and other employees. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and high performance.

Sales Management

• Develop sales targets and performance metrics for the retail stores. Monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement initiatives to drive sales growth.

Customer Experience

• Maintain a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service. Implement policies and procedures to ensure all customers receive prompt assistance, accurate information, and personalized recommendations.
