Job Description

• Operate and manage the retail store at its best performance.
• To perform customer communication, increase outlet sales and customer retention.
• To perform and ensure excellent customer service and able to commence product knowledge well to customers.
• To achieve KPI/monthly target that has been set by the department.
• Collects information on competitor product within the parameters.
• Evaluates customers nutritional needs and advice best suitable product base on their health need.

Job Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience working in a retail setting. Experience in pharmacy/ wellness/ beauty retail stores is an added advantage.
• 1 male and 1 female are needed, between 23 to 25 years old.
• Live in KL and can commute independently to pavilion Bukit Jalil.
• Ability to converse in good English.
• In-time person and always punctual.
• Wants to be promoted to manager.
• Able to work during weekends and public holidays.
