As the CHAGEE Operation Executive you will oversee and manage all aspects of the outlets. You will lead a team of selected outlets and your role will involve training, operational planning, and customer service excellence.

• Responsible for overseeing the outlet's overall operations and sales, including sales, customer service, staff recruitment, training and development, and administrative functions.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize efficiency and maintain consistent operations across all store locations.
• Monitor inventory levels, restock merchandise as needed, and coordinate with the purchasing department for inventory management.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to promote professional growth among team members
• Set sales targets and performance goals for the retail team, guiding them to achieve or exceed these targets
• Analyse sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Collaborate with the Operation team to create appealing product displays that attract and engage customers.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to facilitate the timely delivery of merchandise to stores
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
