Job Responsibilities:
- Managing retail renovation tasks, planning and schedule
- Maintain close relationship with client and deliver consulting solution
- Manage communication between client, vendors and related stakeholder
- Preparing design proposal, reports and costing to client
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope (quality assurance/ report) and within budget
- Coordinate internal designer and vendors for the flawless execution
- Regularly report/ present and escalate to client as needed
Requirements:
- 3-4 years solid experience in retail renovation
- Knowledge in reviewing technical drawings and handling renovation process
- Strong analytical & problem solving skills, sensitives to figures and statistics
- Good communication, reporting writing and presentation skill
- Able to supervising vendors and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-motivate and strategic mind set focus
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software
- Mandarin/Cantonese speaker preferred
