Retail Assistants (Retail & Consumer Products)

Manage outlet shop floor & store, responsible for daily general / sales admin, delivery, stock replenishment and stock records.

Responsible to receive, listen, serve and attend to patrons/customers in professional manner and compliance with wine serving protocol. Passionate and readiness to be trained progressively in wine expertise and willingness to be a multi task taker possesses with problem solving work attitude and ability to formulate and implement SOP for smooth daily operations as a whole.

1. Perform opening or closing shift according to duty roster as per schedule.

2. To plan daily tasks schedule for team

3. To maintain housekeeping of work area and store

4. To monitor daily orders delivery routing and stock replenishment

5. To ensure daily general admin and record jobs are updated on time

6. To responsible for periodical stock counting and proper recording.

7. To ensure daily cash receipt register updated and submitted to Finance in order

8. To receive and attend to patrons on requirements in professional & courteous manner

Qualifications

• Must possess Diploma or professional certificate
• Pleasant personality and willing to work at late hours
• Able to speak Mandarin to interact with customers
• Preferably candidate posses at least 2 years working experience in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
