Join our client as a Retail Sales Associate based in KLIA and KLIA 2. 

Key responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets by skillfully up-selling and cross-selling to walk-in customers.
• Build lasting customer relationships and enhance brand confidence in a retail setting.
• Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring top-notch customer service for in-store visitors.
• Fulfill key responsibilities, including meeting sales targets, providing excellent customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, and managing sales processes and inventory.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM qualification.
• Preferably 1 year of retail sales experience or face-to-face customer service roles (retail/ hospitality/ F&B).
• Good English communication skills

Skills & Attributes:

• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Flexible to work on rotating shifts (5 days/week), including weekends and public holidays.
• Salary package: Basic (up to RM2.2k) + Incentives (individual & team)
