RETAIL SALES REPRESENTATIVE (Melaka) - Professional Development Opportunities

Job Responsibilities:

• Promote our product to walk in customers.
• Develop sales strategies and approaches for various our products and services, such as special promotions in the season.
• Increase and maintain shop's sales to achieve monthly target.
• Manage stock and inventory.
• Assisting in customer's inquiries and needs.
• Responsible for the company’s daily shop operations.
• Serving and assisting customers in a professional and efficient manner.
• Maintaining customer's satisfaction.
• All other duties as assigned by superior.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
• Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin is advantage.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
