Penerangan Pekerjaan - Retail Store Manager

Job Responsibilities:
  • Motivate the team to increase sales and efficiency.
  • Responsible for customer's overall in-store experience by providing customer service, understanding customer's needs, recommending suitable apparel to suit customer's needs, and offering alternatives to customers.
  • Maintain, replenish and upkeep the store according to brand image and standards.
  • Experience with retail operations, planning, customer service, sales, and people leadership and management.
  • Recruit, train and supervise staff, providing feedback and evaluations. 
  • Plan and oversee in-store promotional events and displays.
  • Manage inventory levels and make key decisions on stock control.
  • Submit regular reports (including monthly and weekly sales reports).
  • Perform other duties that are required.
  • Responsible for planning the staff schedule timetable.
 Requirement :
  • Candidate must posses at least a SPM or Higher Level
  • Minimum 2-year(s) experience & knowledge in retail branch management
  • Independent and can work with minimum supervision
  • Must be willing to work according Retail Shift, Weekends and Public Holiday.
  • Must be self-motivated, proactive, good interpersonal skill and able to multitask. 
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, MANDARIN, English. Prefer Mandarin speaking candidates (SPEAK, READ and WRITE in MANDARIN) to liaise with Mandarin Speaking colleague and customer.
