Retail Store Manager (Automotive)

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business growth and maximize sales performance through exceptional customer service, strong product knowledge, and effective merchandising and promotional activities.
  
• Implement and uphold operational policies and procedures to ensure a seamless customer experience while achieving business objectives.
  
• Lead the recruitment and selection process, identifying and hiring talent aligned with store and company goals.
  
• Train, coach, and develop team members to meet consistently and exceed performance standards.
  
• Oversee the planning, execution, and follow -up of store operations, events, and sales networking initiatives.
  
• Manage and control store expenses, including staffing, supplies, and operational costs.
  
• Ensure compliance with merchandising standards, store presentation, and inventory management processes.
  
• Continuously identify and implement workflow improvements to enhance team efficiency, while sharing best practices with peers and management.
  
• Represent the organization in a professional and responsible manner in all internal and external interactions.
  
• Lead and manage a high -performing sales team, ensuring strong pipeline development, active customer engagement, and excellent customer satisfaction levels.
  
• Maintain a strong understanding of company products and services, meeting all internal knowledge and competency requirements.
  
• Perform any additional duties or projects as assigned based on business needs.
  

Requirements

Job Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in retail, industry, or key account sales, with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets, including at least 3 years in a team management role.
  
• Strong business development and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify and secure new opportunities.
  
• Analytical and logical thinker with the ability to interpret sales data and drive data -informed decisions.
  
• Highly self -motivated with excellent time management and attention to detail.
  
• Comfortable working in a fast -paced, high -performance environment, with the ability to lead teams under pressure.
