RETAIL STORE SUPERVISOR (VIVACITY MEGAMALL, KUCHING) - Hiring Urgently

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead sales associates to improve overall selling skills and close
  sales to achieve sales goals and KPIs.
• Operate the store through superior customer service, sales
  management, professional selling, and effective staff management.
•  Manage the business on a day-to-day basis to increase sales and
  improve results through creative and effective use of all resources,
  including effective leadership and merchandise assortment.
• In charge of daily operations of the store.
• Visual merchandising and store's image maintenance & ensuring store
  meets operation standards.
• Prepare and submit effective monthly staff duty roster, attendance
  report, Weekly/Monthly sales report & other related report.
• Other operational tasks as assigned by the immediate superior.

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of fashion retailing with at least 5 years of experience.
• Specialize in customer service with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Solid ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high sense of
  responsibility and strong organizational skills, ability to recognize and
  react to changing work demands is required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, leadership qualities, and managerial skills.
• Confident, dynamic, proactive, sales-oriented, and motivated with
  a committed work attitude.
• Computer literate.
• Able to speak and write in English & BM.
• Commit to work on retail shifts, long hours, weekends, and Public Holidays as needed.
• Working days: 5.50 days/week.
