Damiral's Bread Bakery Retail Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Assist the store management team by ensuring a customer focus on the sales floor with exceptional floor supervision. 
• Help to maximize store productivity and profitability.
• Maximizing sales and profit.
• Provide a high standard of customer service and satisfaction.
• Inspires team to meet and exceed performance standards.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures.

Requirements

• 3 years’ experience in retail or service industry.
• Applicants with Food Retail experience will be added advantage.
• Min. Diploma/Degree in F&B management or any related fields.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff, maneuver sales floor.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able and willing to work on retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
