- Assist in all related aspects before, during and after store operations
- Involved in assisting each department if necessary and at the direction of superiors
- Ensure that the instructions given by superiors are carried out properly, carefully and in accordance with the SOP that has been set
- Assisting customers in all aspects including product information, prices, promotions from the entrance to the customer's vehicle if necessary
- Providing the best service to customers.
- Counting incoming stock and placing it in the store
- Ensuring store / branch in a clean and tidy condition and comply with the company's standard arrangement
- Greet and serve customers from the moment they enter the store / branch
- Promote products and provide the latest information related to sales items
- Ensure price tags are attached to products and identify the latest product promotions are well displayed
- Responsible in responding to inquiries and complaints
- Ensuring existing products and product displays in good condition and practicing the FIFO concept in inventory
- Involvement in the stock receipt process
