Risk Management Specialist - Leading Industry Pay

Working Location: PHILIPPINES

Responsibilities:-

• Support technology and security compliance to internal policies, processes, and controls, as well as compliance to external regulations.
• Providing operational advisories to the business unit; assist business units in operationalizing Compliance Policies & Guidelines / Regulatory Requirements.
• Ensure technology compliance risks are escalated, managed, reported and tracked.
• Manage all aspects of risk management including identifying risks, implementing controls and monitoring effectiveness of controls.
• Support the function in other technology risk management duties as appropriate.
• Provide compliance updates including dissemination and analysis of new and/or revised laws and regulations.
• Assists in establishing and monitoring key risk indicators, as well as implement corrective action plans to mitigate risks.
• Assists in developing and enhancing policies, procedures and control assessments in response to identified risks.
• Ensure effective incident management process and timely reporting escalation of risk events.
• Participates in corporate wide contingency planning/business continuity efforts.

Requirements:-

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in risk management, security related roles.
• Working experiences within Banking, BC industry ,financial industry is an advantage.
• Highly passionate and have a high sense of responsibility and accountability.
• Strong risk & controls mindset and meticulous with an eye for details.
• Creative, resourceful, meticulous, analytical, and able to work independently with good excel and report writing skills.
