RM 6000 - (Mandarin Speaker) Interior Designer At Kuala Lumpur

Job Responsibility

• Conceptualize and execute interior design concepts for diverse projects spanning residential, high-rise buildings, and commercial spaces.
• Continuously collaborate with clients to ascertain their needs, preferences, and budgetary constraints, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Foster and nurture strong client relationships by maintaining open communication, prompt responsiveness, and professional conduct
• Develop detailed interior design plans encompassing layouts, color palettes, furniture selections, and lighting arrangements.
• Liaise with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project coordination and adherence to timelines.
• Stay abreast of current industry trends, emerging materials, and cutting-edge technologies
• to elevate design capabilities and propose innovative solutions.
• Carefully curate materials, finishes, furnishings, and fixtures that harmonize aesthetic appeal with functional requirements.

• Bachelorâs degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English, with excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in interior design, demonstrating a strong portfolio.
• Proven track record in both residential and commercial interior design projects is preferred.
• Expertise in AutoCAD, 3D Max, SketchUp, or other relevant design software.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and project stakeholders.
• Thorough understanding of design principles, space planning, and construction techniques.
