Job Responsibility

• Identify and source potential Japanese-speaking candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.

• Bachelorâs degree in management, Human Resource, Business Admin or similar.
• Good understanding about end-to-end recruitment process.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong decision-making skills Meticulous and high attention to details and maintain confidentiality in all situations.
• Flexible, adaptable, resourceful, and able to work under pressure in a fast â paced environment.
