RM3,000 Man-Eng Speaking Client Support Specialist (Food Delivery) @Johor - Hiring Urgently

Requirements

• SPM holders and fresh graduates with a Diploma/Degree in any field are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in conversational and written Traditional Mandarin, and Basic English (reading, speaking, typing) is preferred. (Proficiency in Cantonese is a plus!)
• Have no issue working on 24-hour’ rotational shifts with 5/6 rotational days and 2 rotational off-days (9 hours per shift including 1-hour break time).
• Those who prefer 6 working days a week will receive an RM300 Six Days Allowance.
• Able to work at Nusajaya Johor/ Ara Damansara

Responsibilities

• Providing customer support in Cantonese/Mandarin, and English via phone, email, and live chat channels 
• Assisting customers in problem-solving to ensure their satisfaction by providing professional customer support 
• Assisting customers in resolving issues or complaints about the company’s products and services with a high level of customer service 
• Be the voice of the customers.
• Suggest improvements and seek opportunities for innovation in customer service standards, policies, and procedures for the company or department.

Benefits

• Monthly salary: RM3,000 - RM3,500 Basic (Subject to Interview Performance)
• Allowance: RM300 Full Attendance (6 days) + Up to RM300 Night Shift + Up to RM400 KPI
