Requirements

Good proficiency in Mandarin (Speak, Read, Type), Bahasa Malaysia (Speak).
Open for fresh graduates to apply, preferably 1 year of experience in a similar position.
Minimum with a Diploma qualification in any field. However, SPM holders are welcome, as well as possess relevant experience.
Proficient in using SQL software and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
Competent in computer operations and social media activities (posting online advertisements).
Possess own transport.
Available to join in April/May 2024.

Responsibility

Manage daily purchasing and procurement tasks.
Monitor and ensure the timely delivery of items.
Sourcing suppliers: Identify, assess, and select reliable suppliers and vendors, building and maintaining strong supplier relationships.
Purchase Orders: Prepare and issue purchase orders based on approved requisitions.
Negotiate with suppliers on purchases of materials.
Conduct site visits to capture photographs of every Delivery Order (DO) when materials are delivered.
Visit the warehouse to coordinate stocktaking with the storekeeper and acquire Delivery Orders (DOs).
Ensure all documents involved in the purchasing process are correctly recorded and traceable.
