Roboshop & Warehouse Operator

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the Roboshop management, product restocking, sanitary and customer complaints to ensure the achievement of performance.
• Responsible for collecting stocks from the warehouse for product restocking.
• Responsible for monitoring Roboshop system on stock balance and replenishment.
• Responsible for the supply of goods from shops, Roboshop, and customers, ensuring the arrival time of goods and counting the number of arrivals, improving the order fulfillment rate and timely delivery rate.
• Responsible for supervision and management of daily operation of the warehouse.
• Responsible for preparing reports including replenishment updates.
• In charge of internal system settings/issues.
• All other duties or projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Possesses a tenacious sense of urgency and attention to detail.
• Strong self-driving force.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets the business needs, including nights, evenings and weekends.
• Willing to travel around and possess own transport.
• Mandarin as the working language, with English or Malay as a second language. Proficiency in both is required.
